Mitchell Schneider


Mitchell Schneider is President and Chairman of First Interstate Properties, Ltd.; co-founder and Chairman of Legacy Capital Partners; and a member of the Investment Committee of National Real Estate Advisors. First Interstate is a real estate development and management company, and has developed more than 4 million square feet of shopping center space, including Legacy Village in Lyndhurst and Steelyard Commons in Cleveland. Legacy Capital Partners is a real estate private equity firm placing capital on behalf of Accredited Investors and has made more than 30 investments since its formation in 2004. National Real Estate Advisors is a pension fund manager primarily advising the $2 Billion Dollar INDURE Build to Core Fund. Mr. Schneider currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland, as well as several other not-for-profit enterprises. He lives in Solon with his wife, Kyla, and two children.
