Loyal W. Wilson, Founder and Senior Advisor, Primus Capital, founded Primus in 1983. Prior to the formation of Primus, Mr. Wilson was with First Chicago Corporation, where he served in various investment roles within its private equity group.
Mr. Wilson earned an AB in Economics from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Indiana University. Mr. Wilson is a Director of STERIS Corporation and serves on the Boards of Trustees of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and the College of Arts and Sciences of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was formerly Board Chair of Hathaway Brown School.
He is married to Margaret Wilson, has four daughters (Margaret, Emily, Annie, and Katie), and lives in Chagrin Falls.
