Big turnout for second 'Yoga on the Preserve'

More than 450 people took part in the second Yoga on the Preserve onAugust 29 at the Geauga Park District’s Orchard Hills Park in Chester Township.  The event was co-sponsored by Cleveland Yoga and Western Reserve Land Conservancy.

 

A naturalist-guided morning hike was followed by a 75-minute outdoor yoga class and a special session for children.

 

 Cleveland Yoga, which is located on Richmond Road in Beachwood, is one of the region’s most popular and successful yoga studios.  Western Reserve Land Conservancy, which seeks to preserve the scenic beauty, rural character and natural resources of northern Ohio, has preserved more than 350 properties and more than 22,000 acres in this region.   Orchard Hills Park, a former golf course, is one of the properties preserved by the Land Conservancy.
