Yoga: Practice on the Preserve

Description: A celebration of summer, nature, and you!  Join us for a complimentary morning of yoga and hiking sponsored by Cleveland Yoga and Western Reserve Land Conservancy.  This is a great family event. Cleveland Yoga teachers will team teach at all levels, including a special class for children. Stay afterwards for special prizes, music, and a snack featuring locally grown foods!

 

Details:

8:30am - Gather for an optional hike of the beautiful reserve, guided by a naturalist from the Land Conservancy. Please wear appropriate foorwear.

 

9:30 am - Registration & welcome at the Orchard Hills Center.

 

10:00am - Practice Yoga on the Preserve - with spectacular views and lots of fresh air! The terrific teachers from Cleveland Yoga will team teach a 75 minute all levels class. We will hold a kids' yoga class at the same time as the adults' class.  Please bring a mat or towel and a water bottle!

 

11:15am - Stay to enjoy a snack, explore the preserve, and visit Patterson's Fruit Farm and Market. A light breakfast will be served featuring locally grown food. You must Be Present to enter and win in our exciting raffle.

 

Cleveland Yoga is generously offering spectacular raffle prizes such as an Annual Class Pass, 10 Class Pass, 5 Class Pass, Massages from Christina and Sherri and more!

 

All levels are welcome and encouraged to come.

Rain or Shine - If we get rain, we will practice inside at the same location!

 

 

Directions:

From Mayfield / I 271. Take Route 322 (Mayfield Road) east to Caves Road. Turn left.

Cross over Wilson Mills Road, and Mulberry Road. Park will be on your left.

We will meet at Orchard Hills Center (the building behind the Patterson Farm Market)
